COBBLED SERIES

This series of baskets represent a new direction in technique whereby loose materials such as hay and coir are 'cobbled' together using cotton string, hemp twine or waxed linen thread with random stitches.

Incorporated into these baskets are finds from the high tide line on local beaches such as driftwood and beach stones.
